I started using Trillian a few years ago. Great tool for bringing all your IM services under one roof.
Eventually, I was doing most of my chatting via Google Talk. At that point it wasn’t supported by Trillian so I moved away from their client.
With their new instant messaging app, Trillian Astra, they tie in Google Talk and more, including Facebook, Twitter, and Skype as well as the old favorites AIM, Yahoo, and Hotmail.
It’s currently in Beta so I imagine there are a few kinks to work out. Nonetheless I’m using it now.
