<p>Oct. 17 &#8211; met with counselor/trainer to establish plan &amp; goals for weightloss/health/wellness/size 38.  Rob at Fitness By Design.  He&#8217;s a pro.</p>
<p>Weigh-in that day was 357.  Thankfully, I had already loss 7lbs.  After a little more than a month I&#8217;m down just over 20lbs.</p>
<p>Eating, or not eating, I should say, is a challenge.  2000 calories a day is my limit., Sounds like a lot but isn&#8217;t.  Gonna be a battle royale on Thursday.</p>
<p>Gym attendance has begun.  Joined my wife and daughter at Lifetime Family Fitness.  More than adequate facility.  Bean family at the gym&#8230;that&#8217;s a first.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll keep you posted&#8230; minus the before and after pictures.</p>
