			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Had to check in with my trainer today regarding a weight goal.  Made it by .8 lbs.  My target was 330lbs and I came in at 329.2.  Heck, if i&#8217;d waited another 30 mins I would have been under 329.</p>
<p>Next goal set.  January 1st &#8211; 310lbs.</p>
