You’re right, Julie, nothing compares to looking someone in the eye when having a conversation. This is one of the reasons I think communities like Rainmakers and Smaller Indiana are valuable. Adding the face to face component makes all the difference.

Seth Godin just defined some open terms. I offer this one:
open hand: a quick and deliberate delivery of a message, without any non-human implement. see face-to-face.
