Last month I met Robby Slaughter while participating in the Indianapolis Productivity Summit.  It was a day well spent!

A blog post on his site expressed some poignant wisdom.  I paraphrase…

All theories of improvement and quality control have upsides and downsides.  No perfect methodology exists.  Competent and dedicated leadership is what is needed to transform an organization.
